Angelo Lopez III (a.k.a. Pinggoy Lopez) is a Corporate and Litigation Lawyer.

He is one of the Directors for Arbitration of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) – Central Luzon Region for the term 2017-2019 and was its Director for Legal Aid for the term 2015-2017.

He was the Public Relations Officer of the IBP – Pampanga Chapter for the term 2017-2019 (until October 16, 2018) and was one of its Directors in 2009 and for the term 2013-2015.

He was the President of the Angeles City Lawyers’ League (ACLL) for the term 2018-2020 (until September 21, 2018) and was one of its Directors for the term 2007-2009.

He was the Legal Department Manager of Clark Development Corporation (CDC) from July 16, 2015 to December 1, 2015 and was its Litigation Division Manager from December 2, 2015 to January 31, 2018.

He was the Legal Counsel of the Angeles City Water District (ACWD) from January 2009 to March 10, 2010 and from October 2011 to July 15, 2015.

He taught law to college students at the Angeles University Foundation (AUF) from June 2007 to October 2010 and from June 27, 2017 to March 22, 2018 and at the Holy Angel University (HAU) from November 10, 2014 to July 22, 2015.

He was the Chief of Staff of former Congressman Roilo Golez of the 2nd District of Parañaque City in the 13th Congress of the Philippines from August 2005 to January 2006.

He obtained his degrees in Bachelor of Arts Major in Economics and Bachelor of Laws from the University of Santo Tomas (UST) in 1999 and 2004, respectively, and was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2005.

He is the son of former No. 1 Angeles City Councilor Sonny Lopez.
